1. Who we are
LUJU Inc. (株式会社LUJU) runs the LUJU Skin Training Program. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: customer@luju.co.jp
2. What we collect
Skin check answers: how your skin feels, your daily care habits, the areas you care about, your climate and your age range.
Contact details: your name and email address.
Program use: which videos you open, your check-ins and your skin check scores.
How you found us: which post or link brought you to our page.
Payment: payments are handled by Link (Stripe). We receive your name, email, country and payment status, but not your full card number.
3. Why we use it
To deliver the Program: choosing your daily moves, keeping your Skin Manual and opening your member page (contract).
To send emails about the Program, such as your weekly video and your skin check day (contract). To send other news, only if you agree (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand which posts and pages work, and to improve the Program (legitimate interests).
To meet legal and tax duties (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers only to run the Program: Stripe and Link (payments), Cloudflare (website and database), Resend (email) and Google/YouTube (video playback). We do not sell your personal data.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in Japan and the United States. We use their standard safeguards for these transfers.
5. How long we keep it
While you are a member, and for up to 3 years after your membership ends, so you can come back to your records. If you only take the skin check, we keep your answers for up to 2 years after your last visit. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to give you a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email customer@luju.co.jp. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember which link brought you to us. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Children
The Program is not for anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we will email you. The latest version is always on this page.
