1. About these terms
These terms apply to the LUJU Skin Training Program (the “Program”) run by LUJU Inc. (株式会社LUJU), Ginza, Tokyo (“we”, “us”). By buying the Program, you agree to these terms.
2. What the Program is
The Program is an online self-care program. It includes a skin check, three daily moves chosen from your answers, a new video each week for 24 weeks, a skin check every 4 weeks, and your Skin Manual (a record of your scores). After week 24, focus moves keep rotating each week.
The Program is fully automated. It does not include personal coaching or one-to-one advice.
We may update, replace or improve videos and features. We will not reduce the main contents described on our sales page during a period you have paid for.
3. Your access
We send a link to your email address to open your member page. Keep this link private.
The Program is for your personal use only. Please do not share your access, record, copy, upload or resell the videos or materials.
4. Price and payment
The Program costs US$12.99 per month, taxes included, shown in your local currency at checkout. You are charged when you sign up, and then every month on the same date until you cancel.
The Program is sold through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record. Link processes your payment, sends your receipts and handles billing questions.
If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you. You can cancel before then.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime. Please see our Refunds & Cancellation page for details.
6. Health and safety
The Program is self-care training. It is not medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or have had a cosmetic procedure recently, ask your doctor before you start. Stop right away if you feel pain or irritation.
Results vary from person to person. We do not promise any specific result.
7. Our content
All videos, text, images and other materials in the Program belong to us or to people who allowed us to use them.
8. Ending access
If you break these terms, for example by sharing your access or copying the videos, we may stop your access. We will tell you by email.
9. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will email you before it applies. The latest version is always on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction. If you live outside Japan, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws of your country.
