Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your member page, or from the Link email you received after payment (link.com). There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Your access continues until the end of the month you paid for. You will not be charged again.
Your Skin Manual stays saved for up to 3 years, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
14-day refund
If the Program is not for you, email customer@luju.co.jp within 14 days of your first payment. We will refund it in full and end your membership. This applies to everyone, including customers in the EU and the UK.
After 14 days, we do not refund part of a month, unless the law of your country requires it.
Billing questions
Payments are handled by Link, a Stripe service. For questions about a charge, contact Link support or email us.
